At Oclean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
